I have a very nice size training room, with enough room for a class of at least ten to fifteen adults, and lots of private property for outdoor training. I am located on Big Rideau Lake Rd., just outside Portland and Crosby, but email me for driving directions, and more information.

American Kenpo is famous for double knife and double stick techniques. Learning to wield two weapons at once offers the proficient kenpoist a devastating arsenal.
